48-hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy
To respect the time of clients and staff, I kindly ask for you to be on time to your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment as well as pay a late fee.
Drop off/ Pick up
Time spent in the kennel is kept to a minimum at the shop. I always aim to have owners pick up as soon as their dog is ready to go home, however a 30 minute grace period is given. If you need to do an early drop off or late pick up please communicate that when booking the appointment. I try my best to accommodate clients but sometimes this request cannot be filled.
Refusal of Service
Please notify me of any special medical conditions and/or behavioral issues your dog may have. Grooming can be stressful, especially for senior dogs, puppies, and some rescues. If at any point I believe your dog is too stressed, or if they are exhibiting aggressive behavior, I will immediately stop the service and send them home. Safety is my top priority and it is important to respect your dogs boundaries and needs.
Repeatedly violating policies may also result in refusal of service.
Forms of Payment
I am able to accept cash or cards.
There is a 4% fee that is applied at check out for card transactions only.
Checks are no longer accepted.
